Significance: The only relocated building within the historic district. Currently the only single unit NCO Quarters on Montana Circle. Completed April 24, 1902, from QMGO Plan No. 87-E. Original cost: $2,176. Moved from original location west of hospital to Montana Circle for use as NCO housing sometime after 1938. One and one-half story and basement frame structure on a concrete foundation. Dimensions: 20' x 28'. Lapped cedar siding. Asphalt shingles on simple gable roof replace original slate. Windows have six-over-six light, double-hung sash. Full-width front porch with posts and pipe railings. Interior is a single unit side hall plan. Original staircase, woodwork, hardware remain in place. Rear porch enclosed (1912), and converted to kitchen. Bath updated, maple flooring installed downstairs, 1937. Vinyl tile upstairs. Electricity installed 1907. Coal fired steam heat system converted, probably ca. 1961.
