Building/structure dates: 1904 initial construction
Significance: This house was constructed as a single family residence and was constructed at a time when 50 percent of the other houses in the Campbell Park Historical District were constructed. Its style reflects a simplistic and moderate architectural form. The structure is located on the periphery of the historical district and has been identified as a contributing structure within the district.
