Building/structure dates: 1820 initial construction
Building/structure dates: 1912 subsequent work
Significance: Rooms No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 were built by Manuel Atencio about 1820. Rooms No. 6, 7 and 8 were added by his son-in-law. Room No. 1 was constructed in 1912 by Pacomio Pacheco who did the wood trim himself. Information obtained in 1962 from Senora Ramoncita Pacheco.
