Significance: Building T1111F is a contributing element of the Naval Supply Annex Stockton Historic District. The historic district was determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places under criteria A and C, for its role in supplying the fleet during World War II and as an important example of new warehouse design developed during World War II. Specifically, Naval Supply Annex Stockton was the first Navy supply depot to be built entirely to accommodate palletized cargo. Building T1111F is not directly related to the palletized supply functions. It was, however, a useful support building for the depot, serving as a general storage building in the public works area. It is one of the six Butler Buildings at the edge of the Public Works area; the others are T111A, T1111C, T1111E, T1111G, and T1111H.
