Survey number HABS CA-1917
Significance: House of Thomas Lake Harris, spiritualist leader of an utopian community founded in Sonoma County in 1875. Harris acquired 1,500 acres of land which was developed into vineyards and a winery. The colony and winery flourished until 1920.
