Building/structure dates: 1891
Significance: A well preserved and maintained Italianate house of the late 19th century designed by the San Fransicso architect Peter J. Barber. The early occupants of this house, first Col. C.C. Hunt and later Dr. Henry Stambach were both closely associated with the growth and development of Santa Barbara.
