Building/structure dates: 1922 initial construction
Significance: Part of the group of commercial buildings erected in 1922 by the Santa Fe Land Improvement Company on Block G in the Civic Center, this building was used for administrative and sales offices throughout the 1920s, and probably housed Lilian Rice's first office and drafting room in Rancho Santa Fe.
