Building/structure dates: 1910 initial construction
Building/structure dates: 1930 subsequent work
Significance: The structure is a good example of farmstead architecture from this area. It essentially retains its integrity and image as a barn building of the early 20th century and reflects its original function of livestock shelter and fodder storage.
