Significance: One of the remaining 19 bungalows surrounding the Hotel Vista del Arroyo, a Pasadena landmark representing the luxury resort hotel lifestyle of early 20th century S. Cal. The bungalows though detached from the hotel and often privately financed were completely dependent on the main facility for dining and other hotel services.
