Significance: This building in part poses a small-scaled streamline ocean liner; this is especially true of the two-story section at the corner, where the upper curved floor appears as an enclosed bridge overlooking the rectilinear open bridge; below, a second projecting balcony as a ship's bridge completes the picture.
