Building/structure dates: 1912 initial construction
Building/structure dates: 1936 subsequent work
Significance: Built in 1912 as a country retreat for Joseph Donohoe Grant, this Italian Renaissance house was sold in 1936 to Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Blyth, who renamed it Strawberry Hill and carried out extensive interior renovations.
