Building/structure dates:
1890 initial construction
Significance: This house, built around the mid-to-late 1890s stands as an example of prosperity acquired through agriculture and sits alone in its rural setting. The Queen Anne style with its round corner tower remains very much as it did originally, with little or no alteration on either the exterior or interior.
