Building/structure dates: 1944 initial construction
Significance: Building 11080 was constructed in 1944, as part of the original construction within the administrative area of the China Lake Pilot Plant facility. Built as an office building, it is a contributing building in the China Lake Historic District. While inferior in its design qualities to the major buildings in this area it is nonetheless consistent with the general character of the area and retains a high degree of integrity.
