Building/structure dates: 1790 initial construction
Part of building/structure is in Torrington, Litchfield County, CT.
Significance: According to tradition, this house was built in the 1790s in Torrington, Connecticut. Col. Julian McAllister brought it to Benicia in 1868 to serve as the rectory. The one-and-a-half-story frame structure has a large rear addition which forms a saltbox.
