Building/structure dates: 1876 initial construction
Significance: The only remaining structure in the St. Augustine's College complex, this building was the home of Bishop J.H.D. Wingfield, who was president of the college and rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church from 1876 until the late 1890s.
