Significance: Structure AA is a collapsed concrete foundation. The foundation is located along the side of the ridge slope south of Horse Thief Draw. The foundation is located approximately 1/3 mile northwest of Superior. The foundation is rectangular in shape with the long axis running east to west. The overall length is 36 feet 9 inches east to west by 23 feet 8 inches north to south. The foundation consists of two rooms, a smaller east room which measures 13 feet 2 inches north to south by 17 feet 1 inch east to west. The depth of the foundation to fill in this room is 5 feet 3 inches. The west room is somewhat larger than the east room being 19 feet 8 inches long east to west by 23 feet 8 inches north to south. This room is filled nearly to grade with earth. An opening is present between the two rooms in the west wall of the east room. The opening is 4 feet 11 inches north of the south wall. It is 2 feet 3 inches wide. The foundation is in poor condition resulting from the removal of the structure. Concrete slabs have been broken off and pushed into the center of the feature. A grouping of dry laid sandstone blocks are located directly east of the foundation. These may indicate the location of the main entryway to the structure.
