1903 initial construction
Significance: One of the second group of three faculty residences (masters' cottages) built for the Tome School for Boys in a linear grouping of six houses along Cottage Row (now Tome Road), as set out in the master plan of 1900. All six of these small houses show the skilled hand of talented architects.
