Building/structure dates: 1838 initial construction
Significance: This simple two story brick structure was built about 1838 by Absalom Ridgeley and has a double end chimney. Ridgeley was an early developer of the Ohio Valley region whose early investment in the area contributed to Wheeling's growth.
