Notes
Survey number HABS WV-250-I
Significance: The wash house is a companion to the smoke house and may have been erected as early as the farm house to serve an unknown purpose. During the tenure of the Mooney family, the structure served as a wash house with the installation of an electric washing machine. There is no evidence of any sinks or plumbing, or discarded washing machines to confirm this information from an oral interview.
