Building/structure dates: 1881 initial construction
Significance: Part of the Third St. Historic District. The first occupant of this building was a general store run by Jacob Slimmer and Sigmund Bing who stayed until 1891. Later the store became a furniture store, pool hall and several other grocery stores.
