Building/structure dates: 1816 initial construction
Significance: The main portion of this Federal style building was built in 1816 for Nathaniel Friend, Jr. of White Hall Plantation, Prince George County, with shops below and living quarters above. This building is significant because of its simple lines, plan arrangement, and partially remaining original interior woodwork.
