Unprocessed field note material exists for this structure (FN-129, FN-130, FN-131).
Building/structure dates: 1855 initial construction
Significance: An example of adobe, Mexican-American, rural vernacular architecture. It is unique due to its large size and U-shape layout, with front inset porch. There are no other known surviving buildings of this floor plan in the El Paso area.
