Building/structure dates: 1850 initial construction
Significance: Wall construction: Brick. Size and form: Rectangular, two stories. Porches: Original front and rear porches remain in place. Columns solid red cedar. Joists 3 x 14 cedar. Flooring, heart yellow poplar, tongue and groove. Stairrail of cherry. Well preserved example of late Greek Revival House. Year of erection: c. 1850. Built for (first owner): Mrs. R.B.C. Spence.
