Building/structure dates: 1792 initial construction
Significance: Wall construction: Brick, Flemish in front. Side and form: Rectangular, with kitchen ell. Number stories: Two. Front porch: None. Side porch: Wood - old. Rear porch: New. Exterior openings, windows: New. Exterior openings, doors: New. Cornice: New. Roofing: Sheet Metal. Chimneys: One, end, brick. Doors: Original. Mantels: One unusually good panelled room end; two original, upstairs. Stairways: Original, plain. Additions and alterations: Being restored (1940). Woodwork very interesting, should be measured and photographed. Owner believes house was built in 1792.
