Significance: The architectural significance of this house is derived from its role as a components of the Fort Wood Historic District. // c. 1921. Architect unknown. Rectangular; two story. Stucco exterior wall, brick foundation, gable roof. Plaster and paneled interior walls. Major alterations and additions unknown. Present condition and use: Poor; single family house (rental).
