Significance: The Administration Office (Building No. 4612) was one of a small number of buildings completed at the base in 1943; these buildings matched the base's 1942 buildings in style and construction. This building has been enlarged at least twice: in 1951, Building No 4512 was moved to this site and attached to the building, and an addition was constructed on the building in 1960. Records show the first use of the building was by the Resident Engineer which would probably be the Army Corps of Engineers.
