Significance: It is a technologically and historically significant industrial complex in Mahoning County. The Machine Shop was constructed in multiple phases from 1905 and originally served as a machine shop for the first water pumping station built in Youngstown. The machine shop produced high capacity valve fittings along with many other parts needed by the city and served as administrative offices as well as storage space...
