Notes
Survey number HABS NY-6344
Significance: The former Conesville General Store and Post Office, built ca 1840-1850, is an intact representative example of rural 19th century commercial architecture. The Greek Revival style building retains much of its original interior and exterior fabric and represents one of the dwindling number of similar store buildings that were once common throughout rural upstate New York.
