Survey number HAER NV-6-B
Building/structure dates: 1943 initial construction
Significance: The building first appears on the 1953 map of the Truckee-Carson Irrigation District Facility Yard. It is constructed on the site of the Civilian Conservation Corps' Camp Newlands, which was dismantled in 1943. The building must have been constructed after this date. It is a late addition to the yard.
