Documentation compiled after 1968.

Notes
Survey number HAER NV-6-A
Building/structure dates: 1943 initial construction
Significance: The building first appears on the 1953 map of the Truckee-Carson Irrigation District Facility Yard, together with the Watchman's House. As with the house, the garage is constructed on the site of the Civilian Conservation Corps' Camp Newlands, which was dismantled in 1943 and, therefore, postdates this period. It is a late addition.
