Building/structure dates: 1914 initial construction
Significance: Originally the sheep barn (ca. 1914) for Brookrace Estate, this barn was adaptively reused and remodeled as a residence for Boy Scouts of American publication director, William Hillcourt. Its evolution is unclear; some portion of this building was residential during the estate era.
