Building/structure dates: 1929 initial construction
Significance: The outhouse contributes to the significance of the Conrad Refinery Company Oil Refinery. It is a well-preserved example of a type of support facility provided at a small refinery built between the two World Wars. The design, materials, and construction technologies displayed by the building are reflective of vernacular industrial architecture of the period.
