Significance: The Kingsway Center Area is locally significant for its architectural significance as an important representative illustration of neighborhood development and urban vernacular building traditions in late nineteenth-century St. Louis. The Hussman House is one of the buildings in the area that contribute to a potential historic district. Original Use: single-family residence.
