Building/structure dates: 1915 initial construction
Significance: The Machine Shop was an important part of the Pillsbury Milling Complex. It is significant because of the role it played in maintaining the equipment for the entire milling operation. Without the Pillsbury Milling Complex, Minneapolis would not have become the "Milling Capital of the World..."
