Notes
Survey number HABS MN-146-AK Significance: The date and original function of this building are not known. Its wood-frame construction with drop siding, however, is similar to that of other buildings erected at the Joyce Estate during the mid-1920s, such as the Moore Lake Cabin and Golf Course Pump House. Utility Building No. 1 probably dates from this period as well. ... This single-story, wood-frame structure features a front gable. A workbench extending across the rear (east) wall, is protected by a shed roof. Built-in wood bins run beneath the workbench.
