Significance: The facade of this structure was redesigned in 1912 to conform with Hochschild-Kohn's main building contiguous to the east. It repeats the fenestration, round arched bay and Sullivanesque detailing, and is well related to the main building. Originally a retail shop. Part of HK complex.
