Unprocessed field note material exists for this structure (FN-283).
Significance: This is an early Cape Cod "double house" of approximately the 1830s. The early character of the house is still present, on the interior as well as the exterior. Like most houses in this area, however, some changes have been made. It is located within the proposed National Seashore area on Cape Cod.
