Building/structure dates: 1900 initial construction
Building/structure dates: 1905 subsequent work
Significance: This is the most interesting livestock-agricultural building to survive at Laurel Valley due to the hoisting assembly in the structure which facilitated the storage of feed corn. The Y-shaped track, loft, and carrier for this hoist remain.
