Significance: In 1967, structure moved to northeast corner of block 4 by Arnetta Nevins. In 1968, Arnetta opened a gas station/cafe in the building and lived in a trailer to the west. She served hamburgers, french fries, fish, drinks. Had a juke box and decent prices. She was patronized by locals and others. Vacated in 1973. 1974-July 4th fireworks set off a fire which burned the interior. Rosa L. Stokes has bought the building and plans to add to her house in block 37; lots 1-12.
