Building/structure dates: 1953 initial construction
Significance: Used as a storage structure in support of Forest Service activities on the Red River Ranger District. Small one story, one room, log building on stone random rubble foundation with dirt floor. / Log with wood shingle roof and stone random rubble foundation. Pole ornamentation/support under eaves at both ends of the building and log-lap style of corner notching. 1935 photo shows horizontal board siding building that was replaced by present log building in 1953 on same foundation and location. No major alterations to present building. Good condition, still used for storage of wood and other items.
