Building/structure dates: 1896 initial construction
Building/structure dates: 1939 subsequent work
Significance: Substantially altered by the addition of the tavern and the installation of asbestos-cement exterior siding, this house is a modest and relatively undistinguished example of the workingmen's dwellings built on lower Dodge Street in the late 19th century.
