Building/structure dates: 1920 initial construction
Significance: GDOT Bridge #129/00228/X/00074.E is representative of the Luten solid concrete arch bridge. It is one of fifteen such bridges recorded in the state and the only such bridge recorded in Gordon County. Based on the context of the Georgia Historic Bridge Survey, this structure fits into the era of "historic" bridge building in Georgia.
