Building/structure dates: 1920 initial construction
Significance: The Shadinger-Leavell House is a ca. 1920 Hipped Bungalow house type of frame construction. It is significant for its architecture as a representative example of the Hipped Bungalow house type. The resource is virtually intact on the exterior, and possesses many of the characteristics that typify this type of vernacular architecture.
