Significance: The Carriage House is located nearby and northwest of the Barker House. Construction details indicate it is contemporary with the ca. 1800 Farm House. It functioned as a carriage house, granary, and had a root cellar. In the 20th century it served as an automobile garage, however, its form is typical of area carriage houses.
