Building/structure dates: 1886 initial construction
Significance: The Woodlawn granary represents the final evolution of the granary form in 19th-century southern New Castle County. Within the two-story structure are a central runway flanked on either side by slat walled cribs. In the loft area are ventilated plank grain bins.
