Building/structure dates: 1890 initial construction
Significance: Brady built the house as a residential investment property, for himself. It is a late but good example of a red-brick Italianate-style house, of which there were many in Hartford. The segmental lintels connected by a string course of recessed brick are typical of the work of Hartford's 19C masons.
