Building/structure dates: 1936 initial construction
Significance: The garage was the second permanent structure in Colorado National Monument. It reflects National Park Service Rustic Architecture in its design. This structure, along with the stone residence, set a pattern of architecture which was to be followed during the 1930s and early 1940s in the monument.
