Building/structure dates: 1850 initial construction
Significance: The existing brick warehouse at 1203 Front Street is on architectural interest as it was typical of such facilities built during the 1850's, and its historical significance stems from its original owner, Leland Stanford, Governor of California, U.S. Senator, President of the Central Pacific Railroad, and founder of Leland Stanford University.
