Building/structure dates: 1875 initial construction
Building/structure dates: 1885
Significance: One of the earliest surviving elementary schools on the San Francisco peninsula. Built for John Garretson as his private schoolhouse. Originally located on San Gregorio Rd. Moved by Braddock Weeks to present site in 1885 to serve as a dairy building.
