Significance: One of several of Frank Lloyd Wright's concrete block houses built in southern California. / The John Storer residence, built in 1923, is one of several concrete block houses designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in So. Calif. The multi-level plan surrounds a central fireplace and its two-story living room opens onto two outdoor terraces. The 16" concrete blocks are used on a 4' module both in plan and elevation.
